While I have over 10 years of experience in my field, just from growing up and tinkering and just plain old troubleshooting, I have 5+ years of professional experience including my current role and past positions that got me to where I am today.

I’m a result driven and detail oriented woman in tech, who one day aspires to work in Project Planning & Management. A complex challenge is a huge motivator and I adapt quickly to new cultures and surroundings by building relationships.


Work History

Trainer & Application Analyst | 03/2015 – Present
Herrick, Feinstein LLP, New York, NY

I started at Herrick as a Junior Trainer and from there made a name for myself by developing training content and sharing my knowledge about all firm applications. I soon became the Trainer and I’ve been a key player in a majority of the change that has taken place over the last few years.

  • In 2019, I led a project to rebuild the intranet using SharePoint Online and other Office 365 tools.
  • In 2018, the firm upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10. I designed and directed all training components for this desktop upgrade, supporting over 200 users.
  • Skype for Business 2016 system upgrade
  • Performs continuous evaluation of content and plans to enhance delivery and improve user experience
  • Schedules in class and online courses to increase user productivity
  • Introduced and managed a Change Management Internship program

In my experience, people who work in technology aren’t generally people who enjoy publicly speaking. Working at 7-Eleven really allowed me to grow into a confident person. If you told me I would one day pursue a job as a technical trainer before working at 7-Eleven, I would’ve told you you’re crazy.

  • Managed inventory and product sales to maintain inventory controls resulting in cost savings and reduced overages
  • Completed shift opening and closing procedures, including setting up registers and checking products
